REFRESHER SESSIONS
Evening sessions 19.15 - 20.45
Sometimes the delight of becoming pregnant again, is diminished because of the memories of the previous labour and birth process. There may be fear, there may be unanswered questions, or the last 'baby' may now be in their teens and you would like an update.
Whatever the reason, you may feel you would benefit from a REFRESHER SESSION.
We can address some of those problems, look at coping strategies for this labour and birth, attain some positive thoughts and gain some xtra confidence.
Let your partner baby-sit, and book into a refresher session.
